Why you'll love it
Built to live with.
A natural mineral finish that breathes, protects and ages beautifully.
Naturally breathable
Vapour moves through the wall instead of being trapped behind it: the basis of a healthier indoor space.
Humidity regulating
Clay absorbs and releases moisture as the room changes, helping hold a steady, comfortable interior.
Mould and mildew resistant
A mineral surface that naturally inhibits mould rather than feeding it.
Strong and durable
Hardens and improves over time, rather than degrading the way a painted film does.
Crack resistant
A flexible, stable mineral structure that accommodates small movement without splitting.
Reduces acoustic echo
The worked, textured surface breaks up reflected sound and softens a room's acoustics.
Low VOC and eco-friendly
Safe for the people in the room and for what happens to the wall at end of life.
Rich patina movement
Depth, variation and character: inspired by earth, crafted for today.
Field plates
Real walls, real light.
Not showroom samples: cured DanaLux on site, in the daylight a client will actually live with.
Plate 01 · On site
Real walls, not a showroom sample.
Applied straight onto plastered block and around door reveals: the same breathable, low-VOC clay system shown on the spec sheet, cured and ready for handover.
Plate 02 · Completed room
Scale, at room size.
Full coverage across a finished interior: the natural, breathable wall build shown edge to edge, in the same daylight a client will actually live with.
Plate 03 · Warm light
Corners that hold the light.
Evening light rakes the surface and every hand-worked pass shows: warm, organic and alive in a way flat paint never is.
Plate 04 · Close detail
Skip trowel, up close.
A looser, hand-dragged pass that leaves the trowel's own marks in the surface: texture and shadow that no two applicators will lay down quite the same way.
Plate 05 · Grey colourway
The same clay, a cooler tone.
The same breathable clay system in a grey shade, with afternoon light raking down the wall and across the reveal: the hand-worked surface reads differently in a cool tone, but it is the same material.
